CA Final Dropout

Job Description :

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inter CA (Dropout) professional to support accounting, financial reporting, and compliance functions for domestic and international clients in a KPO environment. The role involves end-to-end accounting processes, reconciliations, and coordination with onshore teams while ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end accounting activities including bookkeeping, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance
• Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards
• Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
• Support statutory, tax, and internal audits by preparing schedules and documentation
• Work on client-specific accounting requirements (US/UK/Australia/India – as applicable)
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and client SLAs
• Coordinate with onshore clients and internal teams to resolve accounting queries
• Maintain data accuracy, confidentiality, and process documentation

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Hands-on experience in KPO/BPO accounting processes
• Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
• Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, Tally, NetSuite)
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work in a process-driven, deadline-oriented environment

• CA Inter (Group I / Group II cleared – Dropout candidates welcome)
