Job Description

Responsibilities Solve complex business challenges by developing and applying LLMs, NLP, CV, and ML techniques. Research, develop, and optimize Generative AI models (e.g, Transformers, BERT, GPT, T5 Gemini). Advance the field of Generative AI through systematic research and implementation of state-of-the-art techniques. Build and integrate cognitive capabilities into multiple products and solutions. Develop, fine-tune, and optimize AI/ML models for practical, production-grade deployment. Optimize AI models through word embeddings, attention mechanisms, and encoder-decoder architectures. Improve prompting strategies by deeply understanding LLM internals and applying robust prompt engineering techniques. Conduct systematic studies of AI research trends and apply insights to address next-generation AI challenges. Contribute to IP generation and support the patenting of innovative AI solutions. Collaborate with multi-functional teams to integrate AI-driven solutions into business applications. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/MCA). 7 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Computer Vision. Proven experience with Generative AI models and prompt engineering. Minimum one production implementation of a GenAI project. Solid understanding of the end-to-end AI model lifecycle and deployment process. Hands-on programming experience in Python (minimum 4 years). Proficiency in deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch. Strong fundamentals in neural networks : CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, GANs, Attention Mechanisms, and Self-Attention. Experience with word embeddings and vector representations (e.g, Word2Vec, FastText, BERT, GPT, T5). Experience in LLM fine-tuning, transfer learning, and RAG-based architectures. Proficiency in model optimization, engineering, and deployment. Experience with Vector Databases (e.g, FAISS, Pinecone) and LangChain. Familiarity with cloud AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Understanding of LLMOps and AI Model Development best practices. Preferred Skills Experience contributing to research papers, patents, or open-source AI projects. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
