Job Description

We are looking for a talented and driven C# .NET Developer?to join our growing development team. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and contribute to the design and development of cutting-edge solutions in the highly demanding BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector. You'll be directly involved in creating scalable, secure, and high-performance applications that impact critical areas of business operations, compliance, and performance. Key Responsibilities: Design, Develop, and Maintain Applications: Build robust, scalable, and high-performance applications using the .NET Framework, .NET Core, C#, and related technologies. API Development: Develop and integrate RESTful APIs?to ensure seamless communication between applications and external services. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, QA engineers, and UI/UX designers, to gather and translate business requirements into efficient, functional software solutions. Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in line with coding best practices and standards. Ensure applications are well-documented and adhere to quality benchmarks. Unit Testing & Debugging: Perform thorough unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure software is free of defects and meets business needs. Database Integration: Design and manage SQL queries?for database integration. Optimize database performance and ensure data consistency. Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality code and share best practices with team members. Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with new technologies, industry trends, and best practices. Contribute to the improvement of processes, system performance, and scalability. Qualifications: Experience: 2-5 years of hands-on experience with C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, and related technologies. Technical Skills: Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles. Experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs. Strong proficiency in SQL?and database management (MS SQL Server or similar). Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot and solve complex technical issues. Collaboration & Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work well within a team and with stakeholders across different departments. Education: A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred, though not mandatory.
