Utilize Google Cloud Spanner to manage and optimize database performance ensuring data integrity and availability. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues minimizing downtime and ensuring seamless operation of applications. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies integrating new solutions to improve existing systems and processes. Participate in agile development processes contributing to sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives to ensure timely delivery of projects.
