Business Valuations-Lead Analyst/Manager

What you will be doing at Evalueserve-

Senior Business Analyst “SBA” will join the Enterprise Valuation team at Evalueserve, supporting onshore team in several critical research areas such as follows:

• Company/M&A screening and brief company profiles
• DCF calculation (historical and projections) by analysis of historical data and forecasting for future years
• Arrive at Enterprise value of a company through DCF as well as relative valuation methods
• Report writing including the DCF analysis and peers and targets comparison analysis
• Responsibilities includes working independently on complex projects, and delivering error free projects
• Resolving team members project related queries and performing quality check on client deliverables
• Creating and maintaining databases
• Conduct on-the-job and off-the-job training sessions of new joiners and team members.
