Role Overview:

We are looking for a Business Transformation Manager to drive business process transformation and operational excellence. The role involves developing transformation strategies, identifying capability gaps, and implementing solutions that enable sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business transformation strategies and roadmaps.
• Analyze processes and recommend improvements using Lean / Six Sigma methodologies.
• Provide transformation solutions across RTR, PTP, and OTC process areas.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and manage medium-sized teams to deliver project outcomes.

Key Skills:

• Lean / Six Sigma certification
• Expertise in RTR, PTP, and OTC processes
• Experience with tools like Ariba, Basware , TradeShift, HighRadius, or Rimilia
• Knowledge of SAP ERP preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
