Business Systems Analyst

Looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join the team. Enterprise CRM Platform. This BSA will be supporting the Data in the Cloud initiative. This initiative will focus on streaming more data from SORs to Salesforce, storing it there. This modernizes how Salesforce handles data, making it faster, more reliable, and easier to maintain while reducing dependence on external systems and custom code. By centralizing more data natively in Salesforce, we gain scalability, stronger system resilience, and a foundation that supports future growth and analytics with far less effort.

The Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• The ability to take business requirements, rules, conditions and define it into tech specs (Agile; developer stories) for a development efforts
• Ability to lead developers through design/analysis to come up with solutions to resolve issues like; production defects, system functionality not working as intended OR meeting a requirement
• Postman, workflow automation, swagger, API mapping as mentioned above
• Highly organized
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to juggle priorities ie planned/swapping to emergency needs and still meet goals
• Ability to lead discussions according to the audience ie; business vs technology
• Specific systems; Jira, Confluence, excel spreadsheets, visio or mural (workflow tools)
  
  
  

A plus would be if candidates have worked on similar projects or similar companies in the past.

Collaborates and coordinate with Business Analyst to develop User Story to include technical & system requirements when a software change is required

Research and provide/confirm solutions on applying technology to business opportunities

Participate in identifying, evaluating and configuring systems that meet business requirements

Perform data mapping and define new work flows

Coordinate with other applications and systems, proactively managing and aligning dependencies where needed

Provide input into process maps and flows

Assist in solutioning risk and control gaps

Assist with post-production validation

Work with Product Owner, Business Analyst and Developers to break down work and plan delivery

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $60.00/hr.
