Job Summary

The Business Project Jr. Engineer I at Jabil, Inc. supports project teams in the execution and delivery of business projects, focusing on process improvement, data analysis, and system implementation within a manufacturing environment. Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of assigned project tasks and deliverables.
• Collect, organize, and analyze data to support project decisions and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and presentations.
• Support the implementation and testing of new systems, processes, or tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and facilitate communication.
• Participate in meetings, take notes, and track action items.
• Identify and escalate potential issues or roadblocks to senior project team members.
• Learn and apply project management methodologies and best practices.

Job Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Manufacturing, Systems), Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in a project-related role, internships, or co-op experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new concepts and technologies quickly.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment is a plus.
