The Opportunity
As a Business Process Specialist, you will be part of Indian Operation Center, India (INOPC-PG), aiming to develop a global value chain, where key business activities, resources and expertise are shared across geographic boundaries to optimize value for HE customers across markets. It provides high quality engineering and commissioning support to Business Units and Center of Excellence across the Hitachi Energy world. This is an important step from HE's Global Footprint strategy.

How You’ll Make An Impact
- Create business process maps in Adonis following the best practices and company guidelines.
- Create and maintain detailed process documentation, SOPs, flowcharts, and work instructions.
- Evaluate existing business processes and workflows to identify ineĈciencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
- Work closely with engineering and business leaders, project managers and SMEs to gather requirements and update process designs.
- Facilitate workshops, brainstorming sessions, and process design meetings.
- Support the rollout of new or revised processes through training, documentation, and change management activities.
- Assist with documenting business processes and creating necessary documentation for the Engineering organization as required.
- Track, analyze and report process data to support the management in making data-driven decisions.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical or similar discipline. Have at least 3-5 years of related work experience.
- Good knowledge and working experience with business process mapping and working on improvements. Thorough understanding of BPMN 2.0. Certification is desirable to have.
- Working experience with business process modeling tools like Adonis, Signavia. Expertise in business analytics is preferred.
- Experience with document creation in Adobe suite. Working knowledge in document management suite - xECM or similar.
- Good understanding of lean and six sigma concepts. Certification is added advantage. Ability to collaborate ećectively across engineering and business teams from dićerent cultural and geographical backgrounds.
- Proactive problem-solving and process optimization approach. Strong analytical skills, experience in data analysis and management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Tasks and time self management
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
