This role is part of Ecolab's Global Analytics & Digital Solutions (ADS) organization supporting Global Supply Chain Planning. The Planning Business Process Analyst Manager leads a team responsible for delivering analytics, reporting, and digital solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across global planning functions. The role partners closely with Planning, Supply Chain, IT, and business process owners to transform business requirements into scalable analytical solutions that improve visibility, performance measurement, compliance monitoring, and operational effectiveness.

What You'll Do
Planning Analytics & Insights
- Lead development and enhancement of planning analytics, dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions.
- Partner with stakeholders and process owners to define business requirements, KPIs, and performance measurement capabilities.
- Deliver analytics solutions that provide visibility into planning process performance, compliance, and business outcomes.
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable reporting and self-service analytics solutions.
- Drive adoption of analytics products through stakeholder engagement, training, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure reporting and analytical solutions provide trusted, consistent, and actionable insights to planners and business leaders.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to establish scalable data solutions supporting planning analytics.
- Partner with data owners to improve data quality, consistency, and usability.
- Develop and maintain datasets, semantic models, and reporting structures that support planning decision-making.
- Lead initiatives utilizing Power BI, Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, SAP, and other enterprise analytics platforms.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting and streamline information delivery.
- Support advanced analytics, predictive analytics, and emerging AI-enabled planning solutions.
- Evaluate new technologies and analytical approaches that improve business performance and user experience.
- Contribute to the long-term roadmap for planning analytics and digital enablement.
- Collaborate across global teams to prioritize enhancements and align analytics priorities with business objectives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to planning leaders, process owners, and business stakeholders.
- Ensure successful delivery of analytics products that drive measurable business value.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of business process analysts and analytics professionals.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Establish clear objectives, priorities, and development plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Support talent development through mentoring, training, and succession planning.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, business process analysis, business intelligence, planning systems, or related disciplines.
- Knowledge of forecasting, inventory planning, supply planning, and related planning processes.
- Advanced experience with Power BI, data modeling, dashboard development, and business reporting.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large enterprise datasets.
- Experience working with SAP and enterprise planning systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Snowflake, Azure, Databricks, Fivetran, or cloud-based analytics technologies a plus.
