Business Partnerships Manager (Digital/Media Sales)

About the Role:

This role focuses on acquiring and managing relationships with brands, driving business through direct partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and reach out to potential brand clients across relevant industries
2. Understand brand marketing objectives and propose tailored solutions
3. Drive end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, pitching, follow-ups, and closures
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with brand managers and marketing teams
5. Develop proposals and presentations aligned with client requirements
6. Maintain a consistent pipeline of leads and track progress regularly
7. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns
8. Contribute to achieving individual and team revenue targets

Eligibility Criteria:

1. 4–5 years of experience working with brands in sales, partnerships, or marketing roles
2. Strong understanding of brand marketing strategies and campaign planning
3. Experience in digital marketing, content, or influencer campaigns
4. Excellent communication, pitching, and negotiation skills
5. Ability to manage multiple clients and sales cycles simultaneously
6. Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive
