Role Description

This hybrid role of Business Partner requires the candidate to be based in New Delhi, while allowing for some work-from-home flexibility. Responsibilities include identifying and developing strategic business opportunities, building and managing partnerships, analyzing market trends, conducting feasibility studies, and crafting business strategies. The Business Partner will collaborate with internal teams, lead negotiations, and ensure success through innovative and strategic approaches. Additionally, you will be expected to provide insights to support organizational growth initiatives, while driving the execution of key projects.

Qualifications

• Strategic Thinking and Planning: Strong abilities in business strategy development, market analysis, and identifying opportunities for partnerships.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and written and verbal communication abilities.
• Project Management: Experience managing projects from conception to execution, with a focus on collaboration and targeted results.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to conduct impactful research, perform data-driven decision-making, and craft effective solutions for business challenges.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Innovative thinking, adaptability, and resilience in navigating complex business environments.
• Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite required; familiarity with project management and CRM tools is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in partnerships, business development, or strategy, ideally in a startup or entrepreneurial ecosystem.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is a strong advantage.
