Overview:

At Raj Dez Arco, we are looking for a proactive and organised Business Operations Assistant to work closely with the Principal Architect and support the day-to-day operations of our studio.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, coordinating with people, solving problems, and ensuring that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Principal Architect's calendar, meetings, and daily schedule.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
• Negotiate with vendors and follow up on quotations, deliveries, and payments.
• Conduct market and product research as and when required.
• Track ongoing tasks and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Manage office administration, stationery procurement, and day-to-day operational requirements.
• Maintain records, documentation, and correspondence.

We're Looking For Someone Who Is:

• Highly organised and detail-oriented.
• An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Confident in handling vendors and negotiating effectively.
• Proactive, dependable, and solution-oriented.
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Curious, resourceful, and good at research.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Pay: 30k-35k in-hand per month depending on candidate's profile.
