Profile: Business Manager - Design

Location: Whitefield

Years of Experience: 4 -6 years

A Business Manager - Design will be responsible for managing the design for 12 to 15 projects month-on-month through a team of 6 to 10 designers. The output of which would be achieved through managing their design productivity, imparting required training, and design discussions.

• Managing and Designing Projects.
• Managing and ensuring the productivity and work output of a Team of Designers.
• Customer Experience & Relationship Management.
• Ensuring output on the design Net Promoter Survey (Customer rating).
• Training designers on technical details (wherever required).
• Managing/ leading design discussions.
• Bachelor's Qualification preferably B.Arch, B.Interior Design.
• Master's/ Specialization: Construction Planning Management, MBA, Design Management.
• 3+ years' experience as an Interior Designer/ Project Manager.
• Led and delivered a minimum of 10 Residential/Interior projects (end-to-end project management).
