Business Manager

Azure is looking for a Business Manager to support the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and contribute to enhancing efficacy and efficiency. An intersection of strategy and execution, working alongside the CEO and the leadership team to transform ideas into action and ambition into outcomes.

• Keep your head above water despite being swamped by demands from a diverse array of external and internal stakeholders, including government agencies, capital providers, customers and company personnel competing for attention and approval.
• Attend key meetings with the CEO and convert the proceedings into actionable plans.
• Quality and speed are of essence. Azure aspires to be an innovative clean energy solution provider. Therefore, your ability to get the ‘whole’ picture and convert it into manageable chunks of work, leading to error-free execution, is what is expected.
• Respond to external and internal stakeholders, consistently reflecting Azure’s mandate to be the best.
• Being digitally savvy, sharp investment acumen and learning agility will be a requirement to enable data-driven decision-making across business units.
• Strategize and find solutions for key business opportunities
• Project management for key business initiatives

Education : We are looking for someone with a Graduate degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline, complemented with a suitable postgraduate qualification from a reputed institution.
