Position: Management Consultant

Type: Contract

Compensation: $80–$100/hour

Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

Review and evaluate AI-generated outputs related to strategic frameworks, market sizing, competitive analysis, operational diagnostics, and executive recommendations.
Create realistic scenarios based on consulting workflows, including case interviews, client workshops, hypothesis-driven analyses, workstream planning, and steering committee presentations.
Annotate, label, and validate data across management consulting use cases, such as market entry, cost transformation, post-merger integration, and org redesign.
Provide structured feedback on AI accuracy in areas like strategy frameworks (Porter's, MECE structuring, issue trees), financial analysis, and executive communication standards.
Collaborate asynchronously with research teams to refine evaluation frameworks for business strategy AI.

Qualifications

Must-Have

3+ years of professional experience at a management consulting firm (MBB, Big 4 advisory, Tier 2, or boutique strategy firm).
Background in corporate strategy and growth advisory, operations and supply chain consulting, organizational design and change management, M&A due diligence and post-merger integration, or public sector and social impact consulting.
Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and ability to translate consulting workflows into evaluation tasks.
Clear written communication and attention to detail.

Preferred

MBA or advanced degree a plus.
