This person will be responsible in collaborating with the Technology, Product and other key stakeholders to implement business rules changes for Global Servicing Portal (GSP) and Intuitive Service Portal (ISP) across all the global markets. ? Key Responsibilities: Responsible for business process design, including business maintainable rules for the American Express servicing platforms - GSP and ISP. Partner with technology, product & servicing operations teams to prioritize, define and deliver top priority features. Develop, test, deploy and maintain the business rules and business processes across all the markets. Understand the POD rules, CCP pain points and come up with new solutions that are flexible, maintainable, and scalable. Automate the existing manual processes and strategies into new processes and rules. Successfully manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently. Effectively collaborate and influence at all levels without having direct authority. Timely updates to the leadership and all the stakeholders. Work with central and local market cross-functional teams to ensure that the business processes and rules adhere all the regulatory, compliance and risk requirements. Obtain feedback from the key stakeholders on the business processes and rules and drive improvements in future releases as required. Work in Agile or Kanban methodology and actively participate in all the agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives, etc. ? Minimum Qualifications: 3-5 years of Core Java, Pega and BPM tools experience. Deep knowledge on Business Rules and Business Process Management (BPM) and proven ability to create solutions from the scratch. Knowledge on Git, SQL, Drools and ReactJS is a plus. Logical and organized thinker, with the ability to understand and solve complex business problems. Ability to quickly analyze the issues and come up with timely resolutions. Detail oriented, able to identify key questions, make process decisions and determine how pieces of the puzzle interact and impact the overall project. Excellent ? communication skills with ability to engage, influence and inspire partners to drive collaboration and alignment. Understanding of American Express tech and product development process.
