Role Description

This is a part-time,remote role for a Business Lead, based in Tamil Nadu, India. The Business Lead will manage day-to-day business operations, develop and implement strategic plans, analyze market trends to identify opportunities, and foster relationships with stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include enhancing customer experiences, guiding client projects, and ensuring clear and effective communication across teams and with clients.

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess data, identify trends, and inform decision-making
• Expertise in Business Planning and Strategy Development
• Experience in general Business Management and Operations
• Effective Communication Skills for internal coordination and external client interactions
• Proficiency in Customer Service to provide exceptional client support and maintain relationships
• Leadership abilities and problem-solving skills to guide teams and resolve challenges
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
• Experience in the digital marketing or branding sectors is an advantage
