Business Intelligence Specialist Location ? Ahmedabad Job Responsibilities Provide day to day support to Analysts and Innovation team. Data Investigation and Extraction ? Extracts data from operational systems, databases using advanced SQL, through a variety of BI tools. Proactively determine best methods to gather data and solve complex problems. Collaborate closely with leadership, architecture, and development teams to facilitate, communicate, and ideate requirements and solutions. Reporting, Analytics and Technologies ? For reporting, this includes leading BI development to ensure quality, ease of maintenance, high level of reusability, and rapid delivery of reports and dashboards. Automating and streamlining regular required reports with engaging visuals using Microsoft Excel; Power BI; SQL and various data storage structures. Design end-to-end process in accordance with standard design principles and conventions for Developers in preparation for automation. Develop an application / automation on M365 using PowerPlatform Discovers and leads projects to integrate multiple manual processes into one application for accurate tracking of resource utilization and manhour consumption resulting to reduction in manhours booking. Prepare detailed process documentation including SIPOC, Initial Process Analysis (IPA), Process Design Document (PDD), Solution Design Document (SDD), etc. Understand and communicate why particular approach would be best fit for requirements and deliver clean configuration and testing. Technical Skills What we require (Desired Skills and abilities) Microsoft Office Suite SQL Power Platform Business Intelligence Concepts Data Warehousing (ETL) Extract, Transform & Load techniques. Analytics Python Machine Learning Experience Must be aware of advanced excel data-mining techniques. Excellent Data Visualization Skills with Power BI. Excellent understanding of Documented Procedures following industry guidelines for Industry Certifications. Educational Certifications Bachelor? Degree is preferred
