Chief Manager – Business Intelligence & Insights (Python)

🔍 About the Role

This is a high-impact, hands-on BI role where you will work closely with business stakeholders and leadership to drive data-backed decision making. The focus is on building insightful dashboards, automating reporting, and delivering actionable business insights.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Power BI dashboards & reporting frameworks
• Leverage Python & SQL for data analysis and automation
• Generate business insights to support decision-making
• Create presentation-ready outputs for leadership reviews
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data efficiency & visibility

· Handle Distribution reporting requirements across functions and job families for enabling strategic priorities and performance management. Responsibilities also include supporting CXO reports and dashboards

· Ensure timely & accurate delivery of reporting across functions and roles.

· Proactively identify opportunities to automate reporting requirements and build delivery capabilities on digital information assets in liaison with technology function. Integrate analytics with reporting assets.

· Drive data democratization culture by designing data assets.

· Collaborate to design and build data products for Distribution teams.

· Partner with data team to build data infrastructure necessary to facilitate efficient analysis, reporting and is relevant with the needs of the organization.

· Develop, coach and mentor team to become best in class business intelligence team.

🧠 What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence / Data Analytics
• Strong expertise in Power BI, Python, SQL
• Experience in dashboarding, reporting, and insights generation
• Strong presentation & stakeholder communication skills
• Exposure to business-facing analytics or sales reporting is a plus

💰 Compensation & Location

Budget: Up to ₹40 LPA Fixed + 20% Variable

Location: Gurugram
