Executive Reporting and Business Intelligence Manager

The Executive Reporting and Business Intelligence Manager role is a newly created position in the Operational Analytics & Reporting Excellence (OAR) team within the Enterprise Services Strategy & Transformation organization. This is a key role that will serve as a principal point of contact for executive reporting, as well as support the development of business intelligence and automation solutions. As a contributor to the OAR team, the principal will collaborate extensively with fellow technical leads and provide backup as needed, in addition to owning the development and deployment of best-in-class data visualization solutions that deliver actionable insights, and drive improvement in service operations and customer experience. This is a role for a creative, technically savvy individual with excellent customer relationship management skills who wants to deliver best-in-class solutions across multiple platforms.

The key responsibilities of this role will include:

• Design and implement cutting edge business intelligence solutions to support executive reporting, service operations and customer experience
• Liaise with end users and stakeholders, serving as subject-matter expert for executive dashboards and control towers
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate reporting across business functions from on and off-prem source systems
• Drive standards and best practices in data quality, data integration, and data visualization both within the OAR team and across Enterprise Services
• Drive the development of mobile-friendly BI solutions
• Identify opportunities and implement solutions to improve data quality in all reporting assets developed by the OAR team
• Develop and implement standards for best-in-class data visualization
• Complete all required development and compliance training as needed
• Complete special projects and any other duties assigned by the team supervisor
  
  

Required Experience/Qualifications;

• Require a Bachelor’s degree in Math, Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Specify a minimum of 10 years of experience in Data reporting solutions, Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft PowerBI, PowerApps, PowerAutomate, Figma, Snowflake, Matillion, Tableau, VBA, R, RStudio, MS-SQL
• Experience supporting Finance, HR, Procurement, Real Estate, Digital, or Service Desk operations
• Excellent planning and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and creativity
• Strong collaboration skills as well as ability to work independently as needed
• Proficiency in all MS Office applications

Preferred Experience/Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Workday, SAP, Service Now
• Experience developing business intelligence solutions for mobile devices
• Ability to work with sensitive and confidential material in an ethical manner
• Ability to influence and drive improvement
• Highly organized with exceptionally strong attention to detail
