About the Role: We?re looking for a detail-oriented BI consultant to own the reporting and automation backbone of our operations. You?ll build and maintain dashboards, ensure data accuracy, and automate recurring workflows to keep information flowing reliably across teams. This role suits someone who thrives on structure, values precision, and takes full ownership of delivering dependable, high-quality outputs. This is a consultant role on a 6-month contract , requiring 40 hours of work per week . Key Responsibilities Dashboard Development & Maintenance 2-3 years of experience to Build, optimize and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Zoho Analytics (or other BI tools) Translate business goals into clear, actionable visualizations for leadership and cross-functional teams Continuously refine dashboards based on evolving business needs and user feedback Data Quality & Monitoring Monitor data pipelines and CRM integrations to ensure accuracy, timeliness and consistency Identify anomalies or discrepancies across CRM and BI data; proactively alert and collaborate with responsible teams to resolve Establish validation checks and data hygiene processes to maintain long-term integrity Process Automation & Scalability Automate recurring reporting workflows to reduce manual effort and improve reliability Leverage scripts, APIs, or integration tools to streamline data flows between systems Document processes for scalability and knowledge sharing Required Skills & Experience Strong proficiency in BI tools ( Zoho Analytics preferred ; Tableau, Power BI, or Looker acceptable) Advanced SQL skills for querying, transformation, and performance optimization Experience in automating reports and workflows using BI tools, scripts, or integrations Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Solid working knowledge of HubSpot CRM or similar platforms (Salesforce, Zoho CRM, etc.) is a bonus What We?re Looking For A systems thinker who connects data, tools, and business logic A self-starter who can own deliverables end-to-end and drive projects without constant direction Someone who moves seamlessly between strategic thinking and hands-on execution Thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments where precision and agility matter
