As a BI Analyst, you will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights, enabling data-driven decision-making across various departments. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, analyze complex datasets, and provide clear and impactful reports. Key Responsibilities: Analyze business data from multiple sources to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik. Work with key business stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights. Perform data mining, data extraction, and cleaning to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Conduct detailed analysis and support decision-making across various departments, including sales, marketing, finance, and operations. Assist in the creation of business performance metrics and KPIs. Present complex data in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders. Provide recommendations based on data analysis to drive business strategies. Support ad-hoc data requests and reporting needs from different teams. Ensure data integrity and quality through proper validation techniques and consistent processes. Requirements: Bachelor?s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field. Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role. Strong proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik (experience with SQL is a plus). Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to work with large datasets. Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data modeling. Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner. Experience with data visualization and reporting. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
