Business Intelligence Analyst

2. About the Opportunity: The Business Intelligence Analyst will leverage data expertise to support multiple departments by addressing analytics needs across various domains. This role is critical in translating complex data into actionable insights that inform decision-making and improve operational efficiency. The position is fully remote and contributes to the organization''s mission by enhancing data-driven strategies that drive the construction industry forward

3. Responsibilities:

• Develop technical expertise in data and reporting across multiple teams and domains
• Build complex queries and data models with high accuracy
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports used across the organization
• Apply strong analytical and development skills to solve business challenges

4. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum of 4 years programming in SQL
• Minimum of 4 years designing business intelligence reports using tools such as Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik
• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance
• Ability to independently approach complex problems with curiosity and analytical thinking
• Skilled in adapting quickly and managing multiple projects while challenging existing processes
• Proficient in data interpretation and extracting key insights swiftly
• Knowledge of analytical languages like Python or R is a plus
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
