Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst V

Duration: 4 Months Contract with possible extension

Location: Remote

Pay rate: $70/hr - $82/hr on W2

Description:

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical Business Intelligence Analyst to support the Distribution M&A team. This role is responsible for analyzing complex datasets, supporting critical operational processes, and partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders.
• The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates a strong sense of ownership, manage multiple projects simultaneously, investigate and resolve issues independently.
• This individual will play a key role in supporting account matching and mapping processes enabling accurate data alignment and informed, data-driven decision-making across our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Support the account matching and mapping process ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key metrics and support business decision-making
• Analyze complex datasets from various sources (including Salesforce, Tableau, and Snowflake) to identify trends and anomalies
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide analytical support
• Present findings, insights, and recommendations clearly and concisely to stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to streamline operational processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Investigate and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Take end-to-end ownership of projects and tasks ensuring high-quality execution and timely delivery

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a business analyst with a strong focus on analytics
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel for data analysis and modeling
• Writing and executing SQL queries for data extraction
• Working knowledge of Salesforce including Accounts, Opportunity data and pulling Salesforce reports
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• General Business Processes (Sales, Marketing, Service, Support)
