Role Description SPM INDIA LTD is seeking candidates for multiple full-time, on-site roles in Bengaluru: Business Head, Design Engineer, Plant Head, Quality Engineer, System Administrator. These roles involve responsibilities such as developing and managing designs, overseeing production and plant operations, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining systems. The candidate will oversee cross-functional collaboration, lead business development initiatives, and ensure smooth execution of projects while maintaining quality and efficiency standards. Regular interaction with internal teams and external stakeholders will be a key part of the role. We have several Business Head roles, with each specializing in Automotive, Defense, Railway and New product launch heads.
