Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Co-ordinating with Bank/Financial institutions on compliance and documentation
• Efficiently manage multiple projects, monitor progress, and ensure completion within timelines.
• Target v/s Achievement analysis with deep dive into variance to understand reasons
• Mobilize and coordinate efforts between business teams and project stakeholders.
• Being proactive in raising items requiring attention of the leadership team.
• Bringing out key business insights across functions be it revenue generation, operations, customer fulfilment.
• Financial modelling, variance analysis, business presentations and reporting.
  
  

Skills & Qualification Required

• CA / MBA with ~3 years of experience (Tier 2 MBA school)
• CA Inter with ~5 years of relevant experience in Treasury/ Business finance
• Peoples’ person with excellent communication skills.
• Prior experience in Project Management and Business Finance.
