Job Title: Business Development Executive (US Federal Government Experience)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Business Development Executive who has experience working with US Federal Government clients. The candidate should have strong skills in pre-sales, proposal writing, and client handling. This role requires working in the US shift and handling end-to-end business development activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities with US Federal Government clients
- Work on RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, and prepare high-quality proposals
- Handle pre-sales activities, including requirement understanding and solution mapping
- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare technical and commercial proposals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Track opportunities through portals like SAM.gov / federal portals
- Ensure timely submission of proposals and follow-ups
- Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in US Federal Government business development (Mandatory)
- Hands-on experience in proposal writing and bidding process
- Good understanding of pre-sales activities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Knowledge of US federal procurement process is a plus
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2 to 10 years of relevant experience
Additional Requirements:
- Must be comfortable working in US shift
- Experience with federal contracting portals is highly preferred
- Immediate to 30 days joiners preferred
