Job Title: Business Development Executive (US Federal Government Experience)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who has experience working with US Federal Government clients. The candidate should have strong skills in pre-sales, proposal writing, and client handling. This role requires working in the US shift and handling end-to-end business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities with US Federal Government clients
• Work on RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, and prepare high-quality proposals
• Handle pre-sales activities, including requirement understanding and solution mapping
• Coordinate with internal teams to prepare technical and commercial proposals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
• Track opportunities through portals like SAM.gov / federal portals
• Ensure timely submission of proposals and follow-ups
• Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in US Federal Government business development (Mandatory)
• Hands-on experience in proposal writing and bidding process
• Good understanding of pre-sales activities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Knowledge of US federal procurement process is a plus

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 2 to 10 years of relevant experience

Additional Requirements:

• Must be comfortable working in US shift
• Experience with federal contracting portals is highly preferred
• Immediate to 30 days joiners preferred
