Position Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Business Development Trainee to join our team. The intern will play a key role in identifying and onboarding brands, building relationships with business leaders, and promoting iFranchise services. This role offers hands-on exposure to business development, sales strategy, client acquisition, and franchise consulting.
Successful candidates will receive structured training and mentorship throughout the internship period.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential brands suitable for franchise development and expansion.
- Reach out to CEOs, Founders, Directors, and decision-makers of various brands through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
- Present and explain iFranchise services and business solutions to prospective clients.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate discussions between prospects and the senior management team.
- Maintain and update lead databases, CRM systems, and business development reports.
- Follow up with prospective clients and nurture relationships throughout the onboarding process.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and partnership documentation.
- Support brand onboarding activities and ensure a smooth client experience.
- Achieve assigned business development and client acquisition targets.
- Represent iFranchise professionally while building long-term business relationships.

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Management, or related fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable speaking with senior executives and business owners.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
- Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, and business development is preferred.
