Job Description

Overview

We’re seeking a highly motivated Business Development Specialist with a strong understanding of

IT and Digital Marketing services, particularly in Web & App Development and Digital

Marketing. The ideal candidate will have full ownership of the sales cycle—from prospecting

and outreach to deal closure and client relationship management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
  • Identify, target, and acquire potential clients through cold outreach, LinkedIn, and email campaigns, and strategic partnerships.
  • Build, nurture, and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Understand client needs, prepare proposals, and close deals for Web, App, and Digital Marketing projects.
  • Maintain consistent post-sales contact to ensure client satisfaction and up-sell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Own and optimize the sales pipeline, track conversions, and analyze key metrics to ensure monthly and quarterly targets are met.


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of agency experience in full-cycle sales for Digital Marketing and IT agencies.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of Web/App Development, Digital Marketing, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Government Experience Preferred
