Role Purpose:

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development professional with 4 to 8 years of experience in the B2B sales experience in the rewards & loyalty industry to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing and implementing strategies for driving revenue growth through new business acquisition and the expansion of existing relationships with customers and partners.


Responsibilities we entrust you with:

  • As a new business development professional, you will be responsible to onboard new clients(B2B/institutional)
  • Leading Sales conversation with the prospective clients.
  • Pitch relevant solutions from Pine Labs product suite depending on the needs of the client •
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential customers and partners. •
  • Manage and grow existing customer relationships, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and expand services.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives to drive demand and increase brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, marketing, and operations to develop and deliver new products and services.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform business decisions and strategy. • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to customers and partners.
  • Ensure all sales activities are aligned with company goals and values.
  • Manage and track sales performance metrics, providing regular reporting to senior management.
  • Deploy the relevant go to market plan aligned to the market landscape - competition currently operating in the space, key players in the market, offerings of the competition and offerings that are unique to Pine Labs
  • Generate in-depth insights by understanding customer needs using customer validation, buyer persona creation, customer building and customer discovery techniques
  • Partner with leadership team in creating growth opportunities, identifying white spaces, newer segments and potential partnership opportunities in alignment with the market landscape and customer insights
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to execute a successful channel launch
  • Define and track the relevant success metrices for the go to market plan



What matters in this role:

  • Specialist core B2B sales experience in the Rewards & Loyalty
  • Ability to understand client’s requirement & deliver clients solutions through need based selling
  • Experience in identifying, negotiating and experience in handling larger clients.
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts and translate these into compelling customer focused communications (an articulate story teller)
