Job Description
We are an established O&M and HVAC services company looking for a hands-on Business Development & Sales Lead to join us on a part-time basis for 90 days.
This role is focused on real execution and measurable results, not theory.
Key Focus Areas:
- Improve sales performance and conversion
- Structure service offerings and pricing
- Build and manage a sales pipeline
- Support client acquisition and commercial strategy
- Align sales efforts with operations delivery
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in B2B services sales (HVAC, O&M, FM, construction)
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills
- Execution-driven mindset
- Experience in the Saudi market is a plus
