Job Description

We are an established O&M and HVAC services company looking for a hands-on Business Development & Sales Lead to join us on a part-time basis for 90 days.

This role is focused on real execution and measurable results, not theory.

Key Focus Areas:

  • Improve sales performance and conversion
  • Structure service offerings and pricing
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline
  • Support client acquisition and commercial strategy
  • Align sales efforts with operations delivery

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in B2B services sales (HVAC, O&M, FM, construction)
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills
  • Execution-driven mindset
  • Experience in the Saudi market is a plus
