Role Description
The Business Development Relationship Manager will focus on building and maintaining strong professional relationships with clients, identifying and developing new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. Key responsibilities include engaging with potential and existing clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering tailored financial solutions. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure exceptional client service, conducting market research to identify trends, and achieving sales targets. This is a full-time, on-site role located in DELHI - NCR
Qualifications
- Proven skills in relationship management, client servicing, and building long-term partnerships
- Experience in business development, lead generation, and driving sales growth
- Strong understanding of financial services, including investment banking, portfolio management, and retail loans
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
- Proficiency in using CRM software and data analysis tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the financial services industry is highly desirable
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment
