Role Description

The Business Development Officer will focus on identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities to drive company growth. This full-time, on-site role based in Baramula involves market analysis, client outreach, building strategic partnerships, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Responsibilities include negotiating contracts, identifying potential revenue streams, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients. The role requires proactive engagement with stakeholders and a keen understanding of market trends in line with Prominance’s growth strategies.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in New Business Development and a track record of generating growth opportunities
  • Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret market trends for data-driven decisions
  • Background in Finance for preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial proposals
  • Excellent Communication and negotiation skills for effective client interaction and stakeholder management
  • Customer Service expertise with a commitment to addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis software is a plus
  • Ability to work in a team, adapt to market changes, and achieve business targets effectively
