Role Description The Business Development Manager role at Way2begin is a full-time, on-site position based in Ameerpet. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, including partnerships, sponsors, and corporate clients for the company’s monthly premium events. The manager will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, negotiate contracts, and present tailored event solutions that meet client needs. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and outreach, attending meetings and site visits, coordinating with the operations and marketing teams, tracking sales performance, and preparing regular business reports. The role also requires staying informed about market trends in event management and hospitality to support strategic growth and brand visibility.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated ability in business development, sales, or account management within events, hospitality, or related industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to interact effectively with clients and partners.
  • Proven relationship-building, networking, and client service skills to support long-term collaborations.
  • Solid organizational, planning, and time management skills to handle multiple opportunities and deadlines.
  • Comfort with basic data analysis, CRM tools, and reporting to track pipelines and performance metrics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to work on-site in Ameerpet, attend events on weekends as needed, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enthusiasm for event experiences, entertainment, and guest satisfaction, with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
