Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strong relationships with clients, and developing growth strategies. Key tasks include market research, lead generation, negotiating contracts, and driving revenue growth. This is a full-time on-site role, located in India, requiring close collaboration with internal teams to develop solutions that meet client needs.

• Proven experience in business development, client relationship management, and sales strategies
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
• Familiarity with IT services including web development, hosting, and digital solutions is preferred
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the technology or IT service industry is highly desirable
