Job Description
Title: Business Development Manager - US.
Location: Eastern Time Zone.
Package: $130,000 - $180,000 + up to 25% bonus.
Reports to: Europe Offices.
Responsibilities:
- Execute business development strategy to grow companies presence in the U.S. warehouse and logistics construction segment.
- Identify and build long-term relationships within key customer markets including: Logistics, E-commerce, Retail.
- Manage and expand the distribution network.
- Collaborate with internal product team to provide technical advise on design, load-bearing capacity, fire performance, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
- Strong existing network among 3PL and eCommerce customers.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or specification within the construction, logistics, or industrial building sectors.
- Willingness to travel regularly across the U.S.
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and persuasive personality with a passion for innovation and growth.
