Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting market research, and creating strategic plans to drive business growth. The Business Development Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution while meeting clients' specific requirements and building long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management, with a focus on delivering client solutions.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to identify opportunities and develop growth strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of precision machining, prototyping, or engineering solutions is a plus.
• Proficient in using CRM software, sales tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
