Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to drive business growth in the Cosmetics, Personal Care, and Beauty segment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical knowledge, commercial acumen, and customer relationship management skills to promote specialty ingredients, develop new business opportunities, and support customers with formulation and application expertise.

Required Skills

·       Strong understanding of cosmetic ingredients, formulations, and market applications.

·       Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

·       Knowledge of skincare, haircare, color cosmetics, and personal care formulations.

·       Customer-centric approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Qualification

·       Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field.

• ·  4-6 years of experience in Technical Sales & Business Development roles within the Cosmetics, Personal Care, or Specialty Ingredients industry.
