Role Description -Out-of-Home Business Development Manager This is a full-time on-site role based in Kolkata for a Out-of-Home Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing tailored strategies to support business growth. The role involves overseeing sales & planning activities, drafting proposals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver client-focused solutions. The ideal candidate will monitor market trends, analyze competitive activity, and ensure the consistent achievement of revenue targets. Qualifications Strong skills in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Sales Strategy development Proficiency in Market Research, Competitive Analysis, and identifying growth opportunities Experience in Proposal Writing, Negotiation, and Contract Management Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines Experience in the marketing or advertising industry is a plus Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred
