Job Title: State Business Manager – Facility Services Sales

Position Overview
We are looking for a highly aggressive, result-oriented, and hardcore sales professional for the role of State Business Manager. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, generating corporate leads, acquiring large accounts, and expanding Techxpert’s facility services business across the assigned state.
The ideal candidate should possess strong B2B sales experience in facility management, AMC services, technical services, maintenance contracts, or corporate service industries.
Key Responsibilities
· Drive state-level sales and business expansion for facility management services
· Generate and close business opportunities in:
· Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
· Repair & Maintenance (R&M)
· Housekeeping Services
· Electrical & HVAC Solutions
· Plumbing & Technical Services
· Integrated Facility Management Services
· Develop strong relationships with corporate clients, industries, institutions, builders, and commercial establishments
· Identify new markets, key accounts, and revenue opportunities
· Lead end-to-end sales activities including prospecting, meetings, presentations, negotiations, and closures
· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
· Coordinate with operations and service teams for smooth project execution
· Prepare commercial proposals, tenders, and business presentations
· Build strategic partnerships and channel networks within the region
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
Required Skills & Competencies
· Hardcore sales attitude with strong hunting capability
· Proven track record in B2B service sales
· Strong experience in facility management or service-based industries
· Excellent negotiation and closure skills
· Ability to independently manage high-value corporate accounts
· Strong communication and presentation abilities
· Target-driven, self-motivated, and growth-oriented personality
· Ability to work under pressure and achieve aggressive targets
· Strong local market knowledge and business networking skills
Eligibility Criteria
· Graduate / Technical Field Preferred
· 10 years of experience in business development or corporate sales
· Experience in Facility Management, AMC, Engineering Services, Maintenance Services, HVAC, Electrical, or Technical Services industry preferred
· Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned state
