We act as an extension of our clients? hiring teams to close niche and hard-to-fill roles efficiently. As we scale, we are looking for a Business Development Manager who can drive client acquisition, build lasting relationships, and contribute to Talentoj?s growth journey. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities with startups and product companies actively hiring. Build and maintain strong client relationships with founders, CXOs, HR heads, and hiring managers. Drive end-to-end business development: lead generation, prospecting, pitching, negotiations, and closure. Collaborate with recruitment delivery teams to ensure seamless client experience. Stay updated on market trends, funding news, and industry movements to spot high-potential clients. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets. Key Requirements 3?7 years of BD / sales experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR consulting (must). Strong network with startup ecosystem and product companies is a big plus. Proven track record of winning new clients and managing key accounts. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
