Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager at our Ahmedabad office. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, preparing and delivering compelling presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role requires strong collaboration with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful campaign execution. The manager will monitor industry trends and offer strategic insights to maximize customer engagement and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Business Development, Account Management, and Client Relationship Management experience
• Strong Sales, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
• Knowledge of advertising, marketing trends, and outdoor media solutions
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a results-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and other business development software
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in advertising or media sales is a plus
