📌 IT Recruiter – US Staffing

We are looking for recruiters who can:

• Handle full-cycle recruitment independently
• Work aggressively on Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, ATS
• Source, screen, negotiate, and close candidates
• Work on W2/C2C/1099 roles
• Handle State/DIR requirements efficiently
• Maintain strong submission and closure ratios

📌 Business Development (BD) – US Staffing

We are looking for BD professionals who can:

• Bring direct client opportunities
• Build vendor/client relationships
• Generate and convert leads
• Understand staffing MSP/VMS ecosystem
• Coordinate closely with delivery teams
• Drive account growth strategically

🔴 Strict Expectations

Do not apply if:

• You need constant follow-up or micromanagement
• You are not comfortable with targets and accountability
• You lack hands-on US staffing experience
• You are only familiar with basic sourcing/job posting

✅ Preferred Background

• Experience with State clients (DIR, HHSC, TEA, etc.)
• Strong understanding of US staffing workflow
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proven track record in placements or client acquisition
• Ability to work in a fast-paced delivery environment
