Business Development Manager – Digital Agency


Location: Chennai/Coimbatore/Hyderabad


Experience: 3+ Years in Digital Agency Sales


Role Overview


We are looking for a proactive Business Development Manager who can identify, approach, and convert new clients for our digital marketing and web services. The role requires strong networking ability in target markets, with a focus on building long-term client relationships and driving revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new clients for digital marketing, web development, SEO, and social media services.
  • Build a strong local network in target markets to generate qualified leads. 
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and pitch proposals to convert prospects.
  • Understand client business needs and recommend suitable digital solutions.
  • Work closely with internal strategy and delivery teams to develop proposals.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Maintain strong follow-ups and relationship management with prospects.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.


Required Skills

  • Experience in digital agency sales or marketing services sales.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills in local business communities.
  • Ability to pitch digital solutions clearly and confidently.
  • Good understanding of SEO, Social Media Marketing, Paid Ads, and Web Development services.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
