Position: Business Development Manager – Middle East and APAC


Academic Qualification: BSc / B Pharm /Science graduate/ MBA marketing (Preferred)

Work Experience: 6–10 years of experience in business development and international market expansion in the pharmaceutical/CRAMS industry, with strong exposure to Middle East and APAC regions (SEA, ANZ).


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • To develop and execute business development strategies to maximize growth to build future pipeline in partnership with regional partners to achieve the allocated budget.
  • Should have active network in the industry to establish relationships and identify potential opportunities.
  • Research and analyze market opportunities, identify potential customers, distributors, develop business proposals, and negotiate business deals
  • Develop and execute business plans and strategies, including budgeting, budgeting forecasts, and resource allocation.
  • Establish, measure, and implement robust KPIs linked to incentives to drive sales and compliance.
  • Well versed with pharmaceutical market insights and business processes to generate new targeted number of leads for regulated market. (Prospecting: Identifying new clients who are willing to discuss the possible business opportunities).
  • Attend the client site meetings and business conferences and ensure that all the required information is received from the client for timely execution of business agreement.
  • To participate in all the relevant commercial and techno-commercial activities of the key accounts assigned to self.
  • Preparation and updating of Country wise Portfolio Trackers, Monthly update to management on Portfolio and discussion with Cross functional teams.
  • Managing MIS and Dashboards for time-to-time Portfolio update to the management.
  • Execute deals for Dossier Out licensing and distributor appointment.
