MetaCommz is looking for a Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition and revenue growth at MetaCommz. This is a senior, ownership-driven role for someone who has already built a strong track record in agency business development and is ready to shape strategy, mentor a team, and manage high-value client relationships end to end.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and pursue opportunities by researching and targeting potential clients, devising strategies to expand the client base, and increasing revenue.
  • Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and other prospecting channels.
  • Generate and convert leads using various techniques to attract and convert leads into clients, ensuring a steady flow of qualified prospects.
  • Manage client relationships by building strong, lasting connections, addressing their needs, and ensuring satisfaction to foster loyalty.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services across the client portfolio.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close deals effectively, owning pricing and contract discussions.
  • Collaborate with internal creative, strategy, and account management teams to ensure seamless onboarding and project handover.
  • Gather client feedback and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions, and own pipeline forecasting and reporting for leadership.


Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 5–7 years of experience in business development within a marketing, advertising, or digital communication agency.
  •  Proven track record of generating leads, acquiring clients, and driving revenue growth through B2B sales.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience in proposal pricing, negotiation, and contract terms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at the leadership level.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently while guiding a team.
