Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

About the Role

Malgotech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive Royal Partnership acquisitions for Malgopay. This is a high-ticket sales role where the candidate will interact with highly interested leads across North India and convert them into Royal Partners.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills with the ability to close high-value partnership opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with pre-qualified and highly interested leads provided by the company.
  • Explain the Royal Partnership model and business opportunity to prospects.
  • Conduct virtual and in-person meetings with potential partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective investors and business partners.
  • Follow up regularly and ensure smooth onboarding of Royal Partners.
  • Achieve monthly partnership acquisition targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closures.
  • Work closely with the management team to improve conversion strategies.
Royal Partnership Model
  • Minimum Deposit by partner: ₹10 Lakhs
  • Partners receive:
  • 2% Monthly Royalty
  • 3% Quarterly Royal Advance
Candidate Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1–4 years of experience in business development, sales, investment advisory, or high-ticket sales.
  • Excellent communication and convincing skills.
  • Strong follow-up and client handling abilities.
  • Comfortable with target-oriented sales.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads.
  • Hindi and English fluency preferred.
