Business Development Manager – Luxury Sales & HNI Relations

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager with a strong background in Luxury Sales, Hospitality, MICE, Exhibitions, Wealth Management, or High-End Client Acquisition. The ideal candidate should have experience handling HNI/UHNI clients, closing high-value deals, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and convert leads for premium real estate projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with HNI/UHNI clients, investors, and channel partners.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and property consultations.
- Develop strategic partnerships and referral networks.
- Coordinate with developers and internal teams to ensure successful deal closures.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
Desired Profile:
- 4–8 years of experience in Luxury Sales, Hospitality, MICE, Exhibitions, Real Estate, Wealth Management, or similar industries.
- Proven track record in high-ticket sales and client relationship management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and networking skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
- Goa-based candidates preferred.
