Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Gurgaon. The Business Development Manager will identify and develop new business opportunities across residential, commercial, retail, agricultural, and industrial real estate segments. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with clients and developers, generating and qualifying leads, conducting property and market presentations, and negotiating agreements that align with client needs and company goals. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction management, tracking sales pipelines and performance metrics, and providing regular business growth reports. The Business Development Manager will also support marketing initiatives, attend industry events, and stay informed about local market trends and regulatory changes.

Qualifications
- Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation.
- Knowledge of real estate markets (preferably Gurugram), property types, and investment fundamentals.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze market data, prepare reports, and use CRM or sales tracking tools effectively.
- Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of an on-site team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; relevant real estate or sales experience is highly preferred.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and willingness to visit properties and meet clients across Gurugram.
